Well managed COPD allows patients to live a full and productive life and at Grow Medical we aim to provide you with the most up to date management of your lung conditions, provide you with education and support, and most importantly a rapid pathway to accessing medical care when you are unwell. All patients are provided with comprehensive assessments that assist them with assessing the severity of their current condition and an action/medical pathway to manage it. COPD patients are provided care under the Chronic Disease Management Plan and encourage to attend respiratory physiotherapy to improve and maintain their lung function.
